The Enemy is Within -- In the Church There is a Homosexual Takeover

In his Christmas message to the Roman Curia, Pope Benedict XVI. delivered a withering verdict on 21 December on the gender ideology. The Pope referred to them at the same time as a threat to the faith and the Church. Levi di Gualdo denounced that gender ideology today in a commentary for Nuova Bussola Quotidiana to that theological journal Concilium, the flagship of the progressive recently with benevolent tones dedicated an entire issue (No. 4/2012). The specification "within the church" is important because I have never fought against homosexuals as such. I have always treated everyone with homosexual tendencies who has approached me with the utmost respect. Some asked me for spiritual help, others came to my confessional, from which no one was sent away without absolution. My job is to manage the grace and forgiveness of God. The motives and socio-psychological influences are numerous, to entice the youth of the 21st century from a lifestyle which is "bad" or "disordered", who don't easily bear these words. I prefer the fatherly manner and prefer to speak of a "non-Christian lifestyle," as I think of the saying of the Lord: "publicans and the harlots go unto the kingdom of God" (Mt 21,32). For this reason, I write: "The homosexuals are perhaps more compatible with paradise than other types of sinners that are often tolerated by the best Catholic morality with great diplomacy. They are not for the priesthood, in the midst of a male world, consisting of men, of whom psychological balance and sexual abstinence is required, which can be reached, but is not easily accessible and not easy to maintain."
When I was ordained a priest, the bishop asked me to, "Be always be yourself". But how can you say to a homosexual priest: "Always be yourself" or maybe you can build the priesthood on a fiction, a double life? Instead of being with the Lord as the disciples on the road to Emmaus (Luke 24:13-35), homosexual priests will be constantly on a self-centered Via Crucis that they will not find in the stone rolled from the empty tomb. Why have you decided to publicly denounce this phenomenon? What goals have you set it? Some will say: Would it not have been better to spread over it a cloak of silence?
Because my divine "employer" is the Word made flesh, in order to proclaim the truth better, He assumed our human nature. The divine truth in Jesus and through Jesus takes shape in a body, has a face, gestures and facial expressions in front of the large crowds, who listened and followed after Him. The phrase, "And the Word became flesh and dwelt amongst us" (Jn 1:14), is to say, the truth is visible, even become tangible. The goal I set for myself as a man and a priest, is to be more alive, an active servant of truth, who is the Word made flesh. Compared with alleged cases of obsession I'm very skeptical. Almost all cases are mental disorders that are sent to the appropriate specialists. I was involved in a real case, however, as indicated already, and is my perception, I had not understood how much the mystery of evil intelligence is in its pure form for none of us can fight with our own powers. The devil has even tempted God incarnate (Matt. 4:1-11, Mk 1:12-13, Lk 4:1-13). To achieve its goals, Satan uses refined, superhuman skills by confusing and creating structures, in which the divine order is turned on its head, from the good to the evil and evil seems to be for the good, virtue is vice and vice virtue, sound doctrine a heresy, and heresy to sound doctrine. Hence the metastases have developed, which have infested the ecclesial body. They caused a lack of leadership at the various levels of resolve in one a Gnostic theological relativism, an exaggerated individualism and disobedience to the weakened Church, Pope and bishops. In my book I talk about the homosexualization of the church that results from complex historical and social problems. I am 49 years old and think of the priests of my childhood. Before me, I see only men who are above suspicion. If there were occasional problems, it came to women, sometimes even giving up the priesthood. Nevertheless, caution is advised to beware of generalization, the clergy was healthier "back then". Society was different. No one would have acted out homosexual tendencies. To address this issue seriously, it needs honesty above all. We have created papal councils for peace and justice for the family, for the health and bioethics, but it seems as if the wolf has just put on a thicker skin, but not lost his vice. For this reason I have found myself repeatedly in the situation of getting young men, destroyed on the ground, some in the middle of a crisis of faith, because they had been cast as heterosexuals by more or less homosexual educators from seminaries, who are also obviously protecting gay seminarians. To not even to speak of certain ancient orders, which looked down from above on the "poor", "plebeian" secular clergy. What lessons life gives when the proud crash from their thrones! Today, when you enter the novitiate of certain thousand year old abbeys or some monastic Universities, you're afraid to get a sexually transmitted disease just from breathing.

This apparent reconciliation between the consecrated life and a homosexual personality arises from this precarious situation, which has produced a real coup for homosexualism. Or to put express it more frankly: some seminarians in the seminaries, religious brothers who 'spearheaded in the 70s and 80s are today bishops, and no sooner had they got it, then they have to be first surrounded with like-minded subjects who are placed systematically in all key positions in the diocese, including the seminaries, in order to correspondingly protect and reproduce," as they could euphemize the faith and homosexualize the Church.
What remedy do you propose to solve the problem?
The apostolic authority. The word "authority" is frightening because many egomaniacal theologians have confused "more collegiality" and "democracy" with authoritarianism and autocratic arbitrariness: Especially with that authoritarianism, represented with the aggressiveness of the ultra progressive groups or certain sectarian lay associations against those who do not think like them. The Church is the rightful custodian of a power that has been entrusted to Her by God and by which it decided, if necessary must make use of it to avoid any form of anarchy in its interior. An inquisitorial police state is not meant with this power, but the resolute defense of truth against error and the impertinent rebellion of people blinded by individualism. We, however, continue to drip a chamomile extract in the eye, as we comfort ourselves with the notion that the Church "had survived worse moments." But this is wrong, because in previous eras, the Church was attacked by forces from outside who could only hope for more or less numerous traitors inside her. Today, she is attacked but not only from the outside, but produced in their interior the evil that they consume, the risk of making her an institution consumed by sin, manufacturing the sin. In what bygone era in which anything like this happen? Not even the time of John XII., who was chosen at the age of 18 years as pope in 955, and died at 26 in a less than edifying manner.
What were the Reactions to your Advice? How did your Brothers React?
Seemingly with complete indifference. On a personal level, several prelates have been cited me who unanimously assured me that I did the truth a good service. Why do you think there is such a massive presence of men with homosexual tendencies in the sanctuary? What draws these men to the priesthood or to pay for the training in seminaries helping to give rise to these trends? Where does this alleged compatibility between the consecrated life and a homosexual personality?
In my book I talk about the homosexualization of the church that results from complex historical and social problems. I am 49 years old and think of the priests of my childhood. Before me, I see only men who are above suspicion. If there were occasional problems, it came to women, sometimes even giving up the priesthood. Nevertheless, caution is advised to beware of generalization, the clergy was healthier "back then". Society was different. No one would have acted out homosexual tendencies. To address this issue seriously, it needs honesty above all. This apparent reconciliation between the consecrated life and a homosexual personality arises from this precarious situation, which has produced a real coup for homosexualism. Or to put express it more frankly: some seminarians in the seminaries, religious brothers who 'spearheaded in the 70s and 80s are today bishops, and no sooner had they got it, then they have to be first surrounded with like-minded subjects who are placed systematically in all key positions in the diocese, including the seminaries, in order to correspondingly protect and reproduce," as they could euphemize the faith and homosexualize the Church.
What remedy do you propose to solve the problem?
The apostolic authority. We, however, continue to drip a chamomile extract in the eye, as we comfort ourselves with the notion that the Church "had survived worse moments." But this is wrong, because in previous eras, the Church was attacked by forces from outside who could only hope for more or less numerous traitors inside her. Today, she is attacked but not only from the outside, but produced in their interior the evil that they consume, the risk of making her an institution consumed by sin, manufacturing the sin. In what bygone era in which anything like this happen? Not even the time of John XII., who was chosen at the age of 18 years as pope in 955, and died at 26 in a less than edifying manner.

Prosecutors Find No Criminal Incident Involving Seminarians Kicked Out Over "Anti-Semitism"
(Würzburg) The "right-wing extremist incidents" [What about left-wing extremist incidents?] in the seminary of Würzburg are proven what they were: a soap bubble. Swiss Canton of St. Gallen Advises Murder of the Elderly in its Hostels

St. Gallen, 15.8.13 (Kipa) A commission issued a recommendation for nursing homes to deal with suicide organizations in the canton of St. Gallen. This was announced by the Canton on Wednesday. A general access or denial of access to basic euthanasia organizations in all of St. Gallen homes would be "no solution", it says in the message. Oldest Russian Church in Istanbul Threatened: Moisture and Large Turkish Projects
In Istanbul there are three Rus Kiliseleri associated along ethnic lines. All three belong to the small Belarusian community on the Bosporus. And all three are in the possession of the monastery of St. Panteleimon on Mount Athos, better known as Rossikon. However, they are administered by the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople. The Elias chapel is the oldest of the three Rus-chapels Istanbul. It was built 135 years ago in the typical style of the 19th Century. As the Rossikon, the Russian monastery on Mount Athos of monastic Russian refugees was founded after the Mongol invasion, was the Elias chapel after the October Revolution of 1917 the spiritual center of the Russian exiles in the city.

Sedevacantists and the Freestanding Altar
We now turn to the third installment of our series. One of the greatest disagreements (if not the greatest) amongst our sedevacantist brethren is who the last pope was and when exactly he ceased to be pope; or perhaps, which conclave it was that produced the antipope. While theories abound online, we offer here the best synthesis we have encountered from the better informed sedevacantist clergy, like Fr. Anthony Cekada. The following account also nicely explains the origin of the freestanding altar.
You want to know why the priest faces the people at Mass now? It has nothing to do with the people's participation and Sacrosanctum Concilium. The real reason is that Pope John XXIII made a bet with the President of the United Methodist Church in America, Ronald Dunesbury. Pope Angelo Roncalli was naturally playful at heart, and so asked Dunesbury to show him some games they played in America. Because Dunesbury was from Tennessee, he bet the Pope that he couldn't chug a whole gallon of milk in half an hour. “Good” Pope John with his great size and girth laughed at this and decided in broken English: “Why don't we make it a little more interesting?” Dunesbury asked for the terms of the wager: If the Methodist lost, Methodist preachers from thenceforth would be forced by Apostolic decree to wear the uniform of the Swiss Guard while preaching. If the Pope lost, all Catholic altars in the world would be turned around like the Methodists' and all Catholic hymnals would be forced to contain at least thirty percent of the hymns of John Wesley, which is true. Roncalli wanting to show off some of the pomp of the Papacy ordered Charlemagne's baptismal font to be filled with milk and brought into the room. From there he ladled exactly one gallon of milk into his triple tiara, while invoking the Holy Spirit's aid. It goes without saying that this ladle was really one of the three silver plated skulls of St. John the Baptist which he only brought out on special occasions, like the Saturnalia and Candlemas, to show off. Of course, like every mortal man, Roncalli lost the bet. Twenty-three minutes into it, he had only finished half the gallon when he signaled for his MC to bring him his golden chamber pot, which was a gift to the Holy See from Ferdinand and Isabella and made from all the gold the Jews left behind when they were expelled from Spain (which wasn't all that much if you think about those people). "A Minority Doesn't Want the Old Mass Any Longer" -- Franciscans of the Immaculate and Roman Opponents of the Vetus Ordo
(Rome) Following the exposure of Vatican Insider as the mouthpiece of the rebel group in the Order of the Franciscans of the Immaculate, it is aptly trying to limit the damage for the sake of balance. This includes an interview with the only official spokesperson of the Order, Father Procurator General Alessandro Maria Apollonio. The interview also reveals a certain weakness of the Pontifical Commission Ecclesia Dei, whose significance seems limited. The Commission had previously approved the procedure of the General Council of the Order with the introduction of Vetus Ordo. However, this official confirmation had no relevance for the Congregation of Religious.
Some things the matter of the Franciscans of the Immaculate, are so fundamentally different, the two questions are reminiscent of the final stages of officially frozen unification talks between the Society of St. Pius X., and the Holy See. The Superior General of the SSPX, Bishop Bernard Fellay, spoke in the fall of 2012 that "signals" had come from Rome, which made an agreement seem possible. Indeed, such was already virtually certain at Easter 2012. But then everything changed. The "conflicting signals" were interpreted as a synonym for a power struggle back in Rome back ( see separate report ).
Some seem to suggest that the Order of the Franciscans of the Immaculate constituted an example to be directed against the Old Mass. Still unclear are the exact relationships, such as whether it would deter other orders, also to discover for themselves the traditional form of the Roman Rite, or whether the examples were even targeted against Ecclesia Dei communities. In tradition-bound circles, the scope of the attack quickly organized a protest that has been recognized and grown, which does not seem to have unimpressed Rome.

Why was an Apostolic Visitation of the Institute approved by authorities in the Vatican?
Because it was demanded by a minority among the brethren who no longer share the leadership of Founding Father and General Minister and the desire to promote the Vetus Ordo next to the Novus Ordo in the institution, as required by the Motu Proprio Summorum Pontificum and the Instruction Universae Ecclesiae.

Father Lombardi has clarified that the measures do not undermine us regarding the Motu Proprio. However, we are waiting for an authentic interpretation of the liturgical rules of the Holy See that affect us. Indeed, it is not clear, for example, who the "competent authorities" are, of which the above authorizations may be granted: the Commissioner, the Congregation of Religious, the Pontifical Commission Ecclesia Dei, the local bishop, one or the other or all together?
We hope that this is a temporary disciplinary action, and that we will, as soon as possible, again allowed to celebrate in the Vetus Ordo, as we have always done, and that without the current restrictions that rob us of that, even though the Motu proprio Summorum Pontificum and the Instruction Universae Ecclesiae have higher universal force.

Yes, and we have acted with utmost restraint and in complete respect of our particular law, which confers the General Chapter "the highest authority in the Institute" (Constitutions, § 81). It was just the most recent General Chapter in 2008, which stipulated that the General Council (i.e. Father Stefano M. Manelli and his five consultants) to create a detailed protocol for the introduction of Vetus Ordo in our communities. This introduction was performed with the letter dated 21 November 2011. The Pontifical Commission Ecclesia Dei was invited in advance as a precaution d to examine the letter, and they realized that it was equivalent to the mens Holy Father Benedict XVI. This official assessment took into account in any way for the further development of our affairs. The thing seems inexplicable to us and it hurts us a lot. We have confidence in our cause the heavenly Advocate, Queen of the Seraphic Order.

Catholic Church Retains Aberrosexual Organist
Copenhagen (Catholic news / CBA). Denmark's Catholic Bishop, Czeslaw Kozon, has approved the appointment of a church musician who lives in a registered same-sex partnership. (Rome) The historian Roberto de Mattei is concerned with the sources of law and the legal hierarchy of Church law and the obligation that every Church Law must have its basis in the divine law. Resistance against the positivist thinking undermining the Church's understanding of the law is permissible, says de Mattei. The principle that an unjust law obligates no obedience, could even go so far as to draw excommunication upon himself, rather than to engage in a false obedience. The case of the Franciscans of the Immaculate Conception church brings a canonical, moral and spiritual issues back on the agenda, which often arrested in the post-Conciliar years and occasionally "exploded": the problem of obedience to an unjust law. A law can be unjust not only when it violates the law of God and nature, but even if it hurts a canon law of a higher rank in the legal hierarchy. This is the case with the decree of 11 July 2013, by the Congregation for Consecrated Life , putting the Franciscans of the Immaculate Conception under provisional administration.
The violation of the law is not in the provisional administration, but in the part of the decree, that claims to force the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate to waive the celebration of the Holy Mass according to the traditional Roman Rite. In addition to the Bull Quo Primum of St. Pius V (1570) there is the Motu Proprio Summorum Pontificum of Pope Benedict XVI. (2007), and thus a universal Church law that gives every priest the right to:
Accordingly, it is allowed, according the sacrifice of the Mass of Blessed John XXIII. promulgated in 1962 and never abolished typical edition of the Roman Missal, to celebrate the Extraordinary Form of the Liturgy of the Church.
Article 2 of the Motu Proprio clarifies that it neither requires permission from the the Holy See nor from his superior when the Mass is celebrated sine populo.
Article 3 adds that it is not just the individual priest, but Communities of Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life - whether pontifical or diocesan right, is allowed in the Convention or, in its own oratory community's Mass to keep the celebration of the Holy Mass according to the edition of the Roman Missal that was promulgated in 1962.
If an individual community or an entire Institute or a whole society wants to commit such celebrations often, usually or always, it is the responsibility of superiors, to decide according to the norm of law, and according to the laws and particular statutes. In this case there is no need to invoke the divine and natural law, it is sufficient that the Church as the legal source. An eminent jurist like Pedro Lombardia (1930-1986) recalled that Canon 135, paragraph 2 of the new Code of Canon Law which establishes the principle of legitimate legislation in the sense that the legislative power is to be exercised in the manner prescribed in the right way, especially the canons 7-22, the title of the codex form, which is devoted to the ecclesiastical laws.
The Codex recalls that the universal or general laws of the Church are those which were promulgated by publication in the official gazette Acta Apostolicae Sedis (Can. 8), in Can. 12, § 1 states: General Laws require all those for whom they are adopted; Can. 18 states that laws which impose a penalty or restrict the free exercise of rights, or contain an exception to the Act, are subject to strict interpretation, Can. 20 adds: A subsequent law raises a former wholly or partly on when it says this explicitly or opposed to it directly or is the whole matter of the earlier law assigns comprehensive , and finally sets Can. 21 states: In doubt, the revocation of a previous law is not presumed, but later laws are to be set in relation to earlier and to bring with them as far as possible in line.
Canon 135 finally determined the basic principle of the hierarchy: A lower legislator cannot validly issue a law contrary to higher law. Not even a Pope can abolish the act of another pope, except in the prescribed form. The unassailable rule in moral and legal states is that a law of a higher source that affects an area larger and of more universal significance, has title to a superior rule of law, has priority (Regis Jolive, 1959).
According to Canon 14 for the canonical standard to be mandatory, may not be the object of legal doubt ( dubium juris ). If there is a lack of legal certainty, the axiom applies: lex dubia non obligat. If there is a doubt, the honor of God and the salvation of souls will have precedence over any actual consequences that may follow from an act at the personal level. The new Code of Canon Law Canon recalls the past that the Church always has in mind the salus suprema lex animarum (Can. 1752). Saint Thomas Aquinas already taught this when he was in his Quaestiones quodlibetales , explaining that the purpose of canon law aims for the peace of the Church and the salvation of souls (12, q. 16, a 2) and all the great canonists have followed him in this.
The Cardinal Julian Herranz, president of the Pontifical Council for Legislative Texts in a speech delivered on the 6th of April 2000 spoke on the salus animarum as a principle of canon law, he recalled that this is the highest principle of ecclesiastical legislation. But that requires basic considerations ahead that are missing in the debate, because often the moral and metaphysical foundation of law is forgotten.
Today there is a purely legalistic and formalistic conception which tends to see the law as a mere instrument in the hands of those who have power (Don Arturo Cattaneo, 2011). According to the legal positivism, which has infiltrated into the Church, what is considered correct, is issued by the authority. In reality, this is jus divinum is the basis for legal expressions and demands the primacy of jus in front of Lex. The principles of legal positivism distort the foundations and replaced legal validity of the jus through the application of the Lex. The law can is only seen the will of the rulers and not the reflection of the divine law, according to which God is creator and foundation of every law. He is the living and eternal law, absolute principle any law (jus divinum, ed. Juan Ignacio Arrieta, 2010).
For this reason, in a conflict between human and divine law, God and not the people is to be obeyed (Acts 5:29). The obedience is owed to superiors because they represent the authority of God, and they represent, because they keep the divine law and apply it. St. Thomas Aquinas affirms that it is better to fall into the current excommunication and exile to foreign lands where the earthly arm of the Church does not reach, than to obey an unjust command: ille debits potius excommunicatione, sustinere (...) vel in alias regiones remotas fugere (Summa Theologiae, Suppl, q. 45, a 4, 3 Upper).
Obedience is not only a formal procedure that causes us to submit to human authority. It is primarily a virtue that leads us on the path of perfection. Not who vested interests, obeying from fear or submissive human attachment is not really obedient, but who chooses the true obedience which is a compound of the human will with the divine will. For the love of God, we must be prepared to obey this highest act of His law and His will, to detach ourselves from the bonds of false obedience, poses the risk to let us lose faith. Unfortunately, today a false sense of obedience is common that sometimes borders on sycophancy and in which the fear of human authority is provided through the divine truth.
The resistance to unlawful commands is sometimes a duty to God and to our neighbor, the need for exemplary acts of metaphysical and moral stolidity. The Franciscans of the Immaculate had obtained from Benedict XVI. the extraordinary goods of traditional, falsely "Tridentine" so-called Mass, accepted and celebrated again today by thousands of priests lawfully throughout the world. There is no better way to express their gratitude to Benedict XVI. and at the same time to express their protest against the injustice done to them, than to continue to celebrate in the serenity of a clear conscience, the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in the traditional Roman Rite. No law can force their conscience. Maybe only few will do this, but compliance to prevent greater evil, will not help to avert the storm that goes beyond their Order and the Church.
