1) These two got their fee-fees hurt by Voris and Rafe. (Poor babies.) 2) Spending large amounts on building and maintaining a Media outlet is not out of line. (5 million/year in donations is not as much as I expected). 3) Voris spent money on expensive dinners. (Big whoop.) 4) If IRS violations occurred, the IRS might or might not investigate. (Probably not. They have bigger fish to fry than slapping the hands of a Board who didn't meet every quarter). 5)By their own admission, they were kept in the dark about decisions made at C.M. (Therefore, they are only guessing about decisions that were made by the management).
The one did give some insight into the reaction regarding the shirtless Grindr pic of Voris. The fact that Voris posted it and did not see the potential consequences confirms that homosexual behavior is "intrinsically disordered".
A few Catholic parishes in affluent areas of this mid-western diocese exceed an income of $5,000,000 per year. I don't see that an organization the size of St. Michael's Media is wasting money on their outreach.

Not a Voris fan here. Just how I see it.
