Rather than posting on the internet, "Saint Augustine" needs to notify his/her bishop immediately. Complaining to us does no good and only creates ill-will. Complaining to the bishop may get some positive action.
In my experience, they tend not to do anything unless the public knows about it. Less chance of them sweeping it under the rug. Thank you Susan from the parish council!
