[NHReporter] Judicial Vicar Rev. Georges de Laire filed a federal lawsuit against the far-right news outlet Church Militant this week, claiming the outlet published “recklessly false” statements about de Laire after a notorious radical sect was disciplined by the New Hampshire diocese.
Gary Michael Voris, who goes by Michael Voris in his internet videos, runs Church Militant, a website that reports on Catholic news and politics. Voris' outlet published videos and articles calling de Laire “emotionally unstable,” stating de Laire is incompetent, and implying he’s corrupt, according to the lawsuit filed in the United States District Court in Concord on Friday.
The lawsuit states that Voris started his campaign against de Laire in January of 2019 after the diocese barred the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary from calling themselves Catholic and put the group under discipline.

@Constantine, it's obviously not a "family squabble" but a conflict between the servants of the Synagoguge of Satan and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart, who have kept a fire burning for Catholic teaching rejected outright, distorted or hidden by most of the Church's clergy.

I accept Pope Francis as the pope but he interprets Vatican Council II with a false premise instead of without it.So he changes the understanding of the Creeds and Catechisms and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. This is first class heresy.How can a Catholic in mortal sin remain a pope ?
Like the popes from Pius XII he irrationally interprets the the baptism of desire(BOD)invincible ignorance)I.I) as not invisible but visible non Catholics who are personally known and are saved outside the Church. This is irrational. If there are any such people they would only be known to God. So the BOD and I.I cannot be postulated, by us humans, as being known examples of salvation outside the Church,making exclusive salvation in the Church obsolete. This is is the error of both the present two popes.

The Lefebvrists too do not want to admit that Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre made an objective mistake when he accepted the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 and its irrationality which was repeated at Vatican Council II.This remained unknown to him. If he interpreted the Council without the false premise there would be no rupture with Tradition and no need to form the SSPX.

Leonard Feeney ?.
So they are not practical exceptions to EENS, the Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors.
Similarly the baptism of desire(LG 14) and invincible ignorance(LG 16) are not objective cases and so they are not practical exceptions to the traditional strict interpretation of EENS.
For the pope to consider what is invisible as being visible is false. It is a false premise. An inference based upon a false premise will result in a non traditional interpretation of Vatican Council II.

Pope Francis also needs to inform the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and the Bishop and Judicial Vicar in the Diocese of Manchester, that Vatican Council II can be interpreted win harmony with extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). The Congregation for Catholic Education, Vatican needs to inform the Dean of Theology at the Pontifical Universities in Rome - San Anselm, Angelicum, John Lateran, Anthoniam etc- to not publish any new article on Vatican Council II, especially with reference to Ecclesiology, in which the Council is interpreted with the fake premise
The Council interpreted with the fake premise creates division in the Catholic Church between liberals and conservatives ( traditionalists). Also those who attend Mass in Latin are looked down upon since it is wrongly beleived that Vatican Council II ( with the false premise) has made Tradition obsolete on faith and morals.The dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus is rejected in public. -Lionel Andrades
