Pope John Paul II on a visit to Fulda, Germany was asked; "Holy Father why won't you renew the Church?. He replied; "I can't until the Virgin comes again" and holding up his Rosary said; " this is your weapon". Implied in his reply is that the Consecration of Russia will occur after the Holy Virgin comes again and therefore be late. Until then we should follow the Pontiffs recommendation to pray the Rosary as often as we can. We should expect conditions in the world to worsen before the anointed time. Pax.
I don't understand this answer from Pope John Paul II. When John Paul II was Pope, Our Lady had already asked that the Pope with all the Bishops of the world should consecrate Russia to Her Immaculate Heart. Why did John Paul II not do it?
For any consecration to be valid it requires all the worlds bishops to be united as one voice with the Roman Pontiff. At the time of the Popes visit to Fulda in 1980, the petition to him to renew the Church was a reflection of a developing crisis among the clergy which continues until this day. Pope Paul VI pointed out what was to come in his observation that the “ “Smoke of Satan had entered the Vatican”. John Paul II's reference to the Holy Virgin coming again is a source of great hope in the midst of all the suffering we see around us today.
As Saint Pio reminds us; Pray, Hope and Don't Worry.

it just proves the consecration of Russia never took place thus rendering the official narrative a lie.
