[Barnhardt] Folks, the issue here is the RAGING hypocrisy. Yeah, this HAS to be called out. Bear in mind, the whistle-blower in the case was Opus Bono Sacerdotii‘s co-founder’s daughter, Mary Rose Maher.
Fr. Perrone of Assumption Grotto in Detroit was the second co-founder. Read this piece. It is horrific. If Church Militant and Voris don’t fess up to this wild hypocrisy and projection and apologize to the SSPX bigly and publicly, this should be their demise. [The article she links to has been deleted, so I offer this one instead which shows how the founders of Opus Bono Sacerdoti were found guilty by the Attorney General of misusing funds. Even the Irish Press picked it up..]
This is just awful..
A title like this would have been more prudent at America Magazine.

ReplyDeleteIsn't Voris gay (or was gay)?
ReplyDeleteAnywaym=, I have a question off topic because I just read this on another Catholic website. My question is simple. Is this heresy:
"Jesus prays for each one of us, Pope Francis preaches at weekday Mass"
I copied the quoted line. I think it is, because Jesus CHrist is God (Son of God), so who does he pray to if he is already God?
Sorry. Maybe that's just my collehe Logic class kicking in. I'm just thinking....we all pray to God. Jesus Christ is God (second person of the Holy Trinity, one God in three persons_. So if Jesus is God, who is there left to pray to?/
Either Francis is a heretic (pretty well established), or he just doesn't choose his words right. I was never taught that Jesus prays for anyone, because he is God. The Blessed Virgin Mary and the Saints pray for us, of course. But if Jesus prays for us, that implies that Jesus either isn't God, or is praying to a higher God, which of course isn't ture either.....because there's only One God.
Sorry if that's confusing, but I think Francis is preaching error.
Damian M. Malliapalli
Looks like you didn't sleep through your logic class. Pretty darn astute. Since PF was quoted by Scalfari as stating that Christ was not God on Earth, it sure looks like he believes that the Christ was created by God and was merely a "very good man". This would fit very well into statements presaging the AntiChrist related by AB Fulton J. Sheen.
ReplyDeleteThe gays in Detroit have no issue
ReplyDeletewith Perrone
I’ve seen pictures of Jesus praying in the garden.
ReplyDeleteDetroit gays love Perrone.
Voris hits another foul ball today. He’s still queer as a football 🏈 bat

Thank you JBQ! I still remember some of it even after 11 years!

Damian-
ReplyDeleteGenerally we ask Jesus to intercede for us, not pray for us. Having said that- it sometimes happens as an honest mistake accidentally - especially when one has just been asking several Saints to pray for us (but can also indicate that at least a subconscious hint of Arianism exists).
Let's remember Our Lord's words to St. Peter: "But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and thou, being once converted, confirm thy brethren" LK 22,32.
ReplyDeleteYa'll are sick pups. Lay Off Voris. May the Lord forgive him his sins, and me mine.
ReplyDeleteThe ad hominem attacks are predictable and disgusting.
Logic class my petoot. Had you passed your logic class you'd have heard of the ad hominem fallacy.
Deal with the CM Report on the merits. Best I can tell, the SSPX leadership three generations is . . . TOAST.
Pointing out Voris’ hypocrisy is an ad hominem? How do you figure?

ReplyDeleteI bet they ordain new bishops. The SSPX is not going to chuck all the magnificent work of their society in preserving and fostering Catholic tradition in gavor of accepting the rot of the Vatican II Church and a heretic Pope like Francis and his associates. In the seven years Francis has been pope and brought in his agenda, he has bankrupted the Vatican, and caused a massive decline in vocations to the priesthood and religious life not seen since the days of Vatican II, when the Church wholesale threw out its tradition and adopted modernism instead. For just a few stats,,,,when Francis came in, there were 122,000+ world wide seminarians. Today there are about 113,000. The Pontifical North American College in Rome seminary for USA students had in 2013 over 250 seminarians, a big increase during the term of Benedict XVI, and they were making an expansion. Today after Francis, they have about 180 seminarians, and they are on the downturn. An expansion wasn't necessary.....new dorm space is empty.
ReplyDeleteThat said, look at the SSPX seminary in the USA (enrollment wise at close to 100, probably among the biggest in the USA. Same for the FSSP in Nebraska. Overflowing vocations in dozens of other traditionalist Orders, including those close to the SSPX and others.
Chuck all that and swallow down the rot of Vatican II and the "church" of Pope Francis just because he is "the pope"? I don't think so.
I never thought I would have to say this, but I'd prefer Jimmy Swaggart and his televangelization and preaching over Pope Francis "pontificating" about climate change any way. Pope Francis claims that the Coronavirus came form climate change.
The world is laughing at him.

St. Paul of the Cross
'Course not Tancred, @ 1:18, if--and that's a big "if"--the charge of double standard is accurate. The ad hominem is the sodomite smear on his character for bygone sins thirty or more years ago about which he 'fessed up. And further, like a recovered alcoholic, he put his suffering to good use to help others. We needed, sadly, an inside view of just how fargone the Church is, as Pope Benedict confirned in his April 2019 Apostolic Exhortation: homosexuality in the bishops and the seminaries is the plague on the Church. And us!
How is Fr. Perrone's misdeed--which best I can tell is a completely uncorroborated isolated instance, the whole thing at the behest of one of the worst Lavender mafia bishops in America, replete with fabricated evidence--at all analogous to the SSPX Scandal? The SSPX allegations reveal an order-wide systemic coverup touching all three superior generals with a trail of dead bodies, dead souls, raped boys and girls, broken marriages, and a robust clearcut coverup of same.
Look to the facts. Don't kill the messenger. The truth.
The SSPX Inner Sanctum does not have an interest in that coming out, as is clear by their February 2020 communiques.
Immaculate Heart, pray for us.
P. S. Damian: Francis ain't the pope. He's the false pope and antipope. The only true living pope is Benedict. See FromRome.info.
Do you agree with “Budgie” that everyone who disagrees with or questions her flawed journalism is a pederast defender?
Delete@ Peter Watson,
ReplyDeleteNo Pope, Cardinal Bishop can require any Catholic to accept a new Doctrine contrary to Sacred Tradition, Dogma, all the collected Magisterial acts of the Church, the words of Christ Himself.
He is a faithful Catholic who rejects such contrary Doctrine, and corrects any who hold it. Even the Pope, as St Paul demonstrated. It is a mercy to correct error. The Pope is servant to the Magisterium, as are we all - not its master. All. Catholics speak with one Magisterial voice across time.
SSPX accepts all that is true and in accord from V II and its Constitutions. Rejects all that is false, contrary and not in accord with the Magisterium.
Error is eliminated by God, purified out of His Bride, in time. Faithful Catholics do not allow anyone to introduce innovation, error, heresy. Revelation closed at Patmos with the death of St. John. God leveled Anathema and damnation at anyone who adds ir takes away from Revelation, now closed.
I think ANYONE who has committed sin, like Voris, needs to be roundly condemned and ignored! No matter what his level of repenting! Once a sinner, always a sinner! Yeah?
ReplyDeleteThat way only the holier than thou types will show us the way!
And the novus ordo is free of perverts?
ReplyDeleteAnonymous 6:47: Repentance. Right.
ReplyDeleteThe point of all this is the CM charge that the sins of a few SSPX Priests over the past 50 years are also the sins of the Order itself. Without proof, Niles and Voris connect the Order’s *Liturgy and orthodoxy* to the sins of the few and condemn them as a *systemic* sex criminal organization - hiding behind their Holy Liturgy, using it to advance their pederasty perversity.
So don’t try to change the subject. SSPX is the one being calumnied by Voris and his CM, not the reverse.
All Catholics venerate mercy and forgiveness deriving from repentance and grace. That courtesy and Catholic mercy should be extended to SSPX and its holy Priests by us all, especially a journalist advancing a destructive narrative to the Catholic world before God.
Hey Aqua, watch the CM video again if you're looking for proof. It's a fantastic cover to appear Traditional and outwardly holy, while being a demon within a cult of demons. Look at Marcel Maciel, or McCarrick or the Society of St. John etc.....the very definition of "wolves in sheep's clothing".
ReplyDeleteAnd Traditionalists are easily duped as long as the Mass looks goods, right?
You know that Church Militant has WAYYYYY more damnable confirmed information on the creepy Protestant SSPX, right?
Apologize now before you further beclown yourself!
Anonymous 742. If it’s as incompetent and pozzed and filled with inarticulate gay rage as their first expose, I don’t think the Society has anything to worry about.
DeleteAnonymous, I’ll wait for the trial.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous, But in this Novus Ordo age, I am glad we can at least agree that sodomy, homosexuality, pederasty and sexual perversions are bad things with no place for them in the Church.
ReplyDeleteTo the extent they exist anywhere, from the Pope on down into Seminaries around the world - sodomy, homosexuality, pederasty, sexual perversity of all kinds must be rooted out, punished with the aim of repentance and conversion of souls, reconciliation with Holy Mother Church.
ReplyDeleteThat anonymous commenter who is trying to make a funny by saying that those who criticize Voris are merely dredging up Voris’ past is demonstrating exactly whats wrong with CM. Voris disordered and admitted sexual desire for men damages his ability to be rational, as this current attempt to attack the Society demonstrates. Perhaps it’s AIDS that’s making him so whacko?
I don't think it's the AIDS that is screwing with Voris' mind. It's the homosexual past and maybe present. You can't rule out the drug cocktails he may be taking because of HIV either. And, he wants the orthodox Catholic media in the English speaking world to himself.
ReplyDeleteWhy Christine Ngiles wastes her time pursuing him is beyond me. She may look and sound like a Budgie but those are generally pretty birds. She has a law degree and could probably support the deadbeat of her choice.

Dear Mr. Cusack: his homosexual past might be enough, but AIDS really does your rational faculties in. In any case, Voris embraces his homosexual present, believing that it qualifies him as a kind of victim soul. That’s some pretty daring and novel thinking...
DeleteLet's all just agree with the Prot SSPX and Tancred fellow-traveler.......why get upset about grown men in lacey vestments, probably alcohol/drug fueled lust, pleasuring themselves with boys......AS LONG AS THE MASS LOOKS PRETTY!
ReplyDeleteCan't we find some common ground?
The usual character assassination from Mr. Hasbra.
DeleteThe Pope said, 'Jesus prays for us' is rooted in Scripture:
ReplyDelete"Who will bring a charge against God’s chosen ones? It is God who acquits us.
Who will condemn? It is Christ [Jesus] who died, rather, was raised, who also is at the right hand of God, who indeed intercedes for us. - Romans 8:33-34
He made a video about homos being victim souls before he was outed.
ReplyDeleteWm. Cusack
I remember the victim soul video, and I thought it was ridiculous and suspicious.

ReplyDeleteCommon ground = The greatest commandment and Commandments 1-3/ 10 and Sacred Tradition which supports them.
Sacred Liturgy in that context is beautiful, not ugly, true. But it is *solely* for the glory of God, God alone .... NOT aesthetics, which would then make Sacred Liturgy *itself* idolatry.
All we do as Catholics is oriented toward God’s glory, not our own. One reason among many why NO Mass facing the people, back to God, Versus Populum is an idolatrous error. It is not about us. Glory be to the Father, Son, Holy Ghost.
It went over my head at the time.

Ya'll are sick pups. Lay Off Voris. May the Lord forgive him his sins, and me mine.
ReplyDeleteThe ad hominem attacks are predictable and disgusting.
May God forgive the sodomite his sins but not the men who call into question the judgment of a sodomite. That is so Thomistic.
Corinthians 1.666
Thou shutteth up they cake hole when to comes to speaking about sodomy but do not ever call a sodomite the queer guy with the clickbait eye.
Mr Voris is a self-loathing narcissist who never submitted to severe penance for his sodomitc sins before his self-righteous, self-annointed ministry was launched and his ministry is largely a psychological projection of his own failings onto this enemies- those who do not agree with his ministry
ReplyDeletehttps://culturewars.com/podcasts/michael-voris-and-the-homosexual-vortex
Voris made an "Adult" film as late as 1997. Some people might say that you just don't come back from that, at least, you don't come back as a Media Prophet who is poised to usher in the next Catholic Fox News.
ReplyDeleteVoris' attempts to knock out other Catholic commentators was equally transparent.
Dear Tancred. The same goes for the never-should-hav- received-holy-orders priest Fr Sirico who was picked by Calvinists to run their protestant front, Manchester Liberalism, Acton Institute site.
ReplyDeleteHe was an infamous sodomite activist in the seattle area...

Why'h'hell persons like him are considered legitimate candidates for Holy Orders is one large indication of the decrepitude of real theology in the modern church
