By David Martin
The gay Jesuit priest Fr. James
Martin is having misfits over the dumping of five Amazonian idols into the
Tiber River this week, arguing that it shows 'hatred of the foreigner.'
You may recall that five idols on
display at the Vatican were confiscated and thrown into the Tiber on Monday by
a group of loyal Catholics who are fed up with the profanation of the House of
God being advanced through the Amazonian Synod presently underway in Rome.
According to Fr. Martin, this was an act of "hatred."
"The hatred unleashed by the
Synod, which led to breaking into a church, is hatred of the ‘foreigner,’
hatred of a Christianity that seems different from your own, when in fact
Christianity has always inculturated itself," he said on Twitter.
If this is what a notorious LGBT
offender says then it obviously is not something that any Catholic should
subscribe too. Destroying idols demonstrates the highest love for man and his
Maker. It is Fr. Martin who hates foreigners by endorsing their idols.
He argues that Christianity
"has always inculturated itself," but the Church does not inculturate
itself or absorb elements of culture, especially demonic culture and idols. The
Church is its own divine culture, the Eternal Father's Palace on earth, which
does not permit entry to the world, the flesh, and the devil. Only the souls of
contrite men/women may enter, but the world they must leave outside. The
Church's commission from Christ is to convert man from the base culture of this
world.
Unfortunately, the Vatican endorses
Fr. Martin's position. Prayers are needed for today's fallen hierarchy.
Here's another "hateful" destroyer of an idol. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Id6oS3L-D9A
ReplyDelete"The gay Jesuit Priest, (f)ather james Martin..."
ReplyDeleteSo for the first time to my knowledge, he has been called out as gay... not simply endorsing the 'gay' lifestyle
I thought you weren’t coming back, “geoff”. Welcome back!
DeleteI always assumed he was a degenerate.
ReplyDeleteYes, I also thought he was 'gay', given his skewed interpretation of Church Doctrine and the reluctance of his Jesuit brothers to endorse one way or the other, rather than simply LBGT friendly. If 'gay' he should be exposed for his deception. Exposition is good for the soul, both his and ours.
ReplyDeleteI am a keen/avid reader of Eponymous flower... Have been for several years now, always a good read.
Your comment was a paraphrase of one of Father Gabriel’s comments. I don’t think he would concede that there’s something odd about Martin besides his advocacy work and overt mannerisms. Glad to see you commenting, anyway!
DeleteThese malicious babblers and apostates-in-hiding know full well that these were removed on the anti-idol grounds of traditional, biblical, and apostolic Christianity. The reason that they deflect from THIS accusation and with conscious deviance turn around with accusations of racism, or whatever, is that they are defying us to point out their apostasy. They raise a thick smokescreen of modernist intellectual and political babble to cover over the plain as day reality... their apostasy. As long as you are arguing with the phantoms they raise, you are ignoring the one thing that matters... their apostasy. Inviting idols into the heart of the Catholic Church is an act of open apostasy and all faithful Catholics (especially clerics) who do not proclaim, or at least support, this accusation: surely sin by omission.
ReplyDeleteThe fact that "Gabriel" is now identified as a priest is quite disturbing.

ReplyDeleteIf it walks like a duck....
DeleteErr...Father Gabriel..?? He is??...Sorry,please remind me.
ReplyDeleteYou must be new to sarcasm and irony. Check it out, loads of fun!
DeleteDo you mean, "LGBT defender" instead of "LGBT offender"?? Also, Father Martin is incorrect when he stated that these people broke into the church. They did not break into the church. The church was already opened as someone was praying in it. They were able to walk right in.
ReplyDeleteThese practices are so repulsive, why would one defend them in the first place?
DeleteI really wish Sister Martin would just go off and marry his boyfriend and leave us all in peace.
ReplyDeleteFirst off, because of the below, I want to say that I finally am quitting the Catholic Church.....until the asshole Cardinals and Bishops man up and throw this piece of filth Pope Francis AND ALL HIS ASSOCIATES AND MEN APPOINTED BY HIM out of the Church, or at least out of office.
ReplyDeleteThe brave men who stole the Pachamammas did a great thing.....but they should have smashed them to pieces before throwning them in the Tiber (see below).
For all their faults, the Greek Orthodox Church is a true Faith. You can imaging yourself back in the 6th century, listening to the same chants and music and liturgy...not like the Catholic Church, which has thrown out it's whole tradition fifty years ago, replaced it with garbage, and elected f'ing heretic to sit in the throne of Saint Peter. "Francis Defiant in Defense of Pagan Idols: Will Bring Out Pagan Idols for Worship at Saint Peter's
At the end of Synod works this Friday, Francis spoke on the pagan idols that were being displayed at various Synod events and permanently at various altars at the church of Santa Maria in Traspontina, near the Vatican
Francis first asked "forgiveness" to those who were offended by the action of those who removed the pagan idols from the church and threw them in the Tiber.
He then assured those present that there had not been "idolatry" in the worship and display of the pagan idols, that they had been recovered, and were now under the care of the police. He also said the pagan idols will be brought to Saint Peter's basilicae for the closing ceremony of the Synod, this Sunday."
Damian,
DeleteI beg you in the name of Our Lady of Sorrows NOT to leave the Catholic Church.
You are abandoning the Barque of Peter when all hands are needed on deck. I wish I knew where you lived in Philadelphia so we could talk this out. (I'm in the suburbs.)
Don't leave Her at the foot of the Cross. She needs you there with Her.
Margaret
Orthodoxy, now there’s a paragon of integrity and sanctity.
ReplyDeletePoor Fr. Martin, he tries so hard to cannonize and sanctify disordered hedonism. The ancient Greeks tried to make that higher love- lust really, into a virtue but ultimately they too failed.
