"Francis term is nearly over"? I hate to rain on your parade but aside from his pot belly and the "one lung" everyone brings up, Francis looks to be in exceptional health and doesn't appear to be slowing down or in any type of decline.

I also remember the day of his abdication. My prayer was,that since he was considered to be a ‘conservative’, a pope of ‘tradition’ (as so many foolishly thought, and still do), that strengthened by the Holy Ghost, he would offer, as his last official Holy Mass, the Mass of All Time +++ The Tridentate Mass (in spite of the enemy). That was not to be, he proved to be a coward to the end.....till today. He never defended then, nor now, the weary, but zealous for love of Christ, His Church, and His Truth.....the soldiers of Christ. Seems that the post-Vatican II popes, have been fearing men, rather then God! Miserere!

Benedict is not who you think he is. He was the "Rottweiler" for JPII to be sure. In 2008. Archbishop Burke was removed as Archbishop of St. Louis under the watchful eye of Justin Cardinal Rigali. Burke replaced Rigali after he left for Philadelphia. Rigali had been sent specifically by the Vatican to straighten out St. Louis and its liberal archbishop John May by JPII. Benedict had a different agenda and removed Burke (with proof) to placate liberal pro abortion Catholic politicians like Pelosi and McCaskill and contributed to the election of then Senator Obama of Illinois in 2008. Sadly, Benedict is not what he seems.

He favors a "peaceful evolution of [Catholic] doctrine" without, however, "solitary breakaways ahead of the flock," yet "without nostalgia nor regret for times irretrievably past"; meaning, of course, quietly leaving behind the Catholic Faith (pp. 16-17). Although he shrinks back from extreme "progressivism," Ratzinger cares even less for Catholic Tradition: "We must remain faithful to the present day of the Church [l'aujourd'hui de l’Eglise], not to its past [non a l'hier], nor its future [ni au demain]" (Entretien sur la Foi, p.32).
What is to be said about the more discreet, yet very effective publicity methods used by Ratzinger the Prefect in promoting the "new theology"? No sooner had Walter Kasper been named bishop of Rottenburg-Stuttgart than Ratzinger wrote to him, "You represent, in these stormy times, a precious gift from Heaven" (30 Giorni, May 1989).
Long ago, Pope St. Pius X noted that all modernists are in no way able to draw from their erroneous premises truly inevitable conclusions. (cf. Pascendi).
All I know is that since Vat ll, ALL of the Popes have fallen very short to say the least of promoting and teaching true Catholicism. In their own unique and underhanded way, they have promoted the progressive subversion of the true faith. 'Pope' Francis, however, is not the least bit discreet about his very anti Catholicism being shoved down our throats on at least a weekly basis, if not daily. He seems to be the wrecking ball that they chose to finish off the Church, after the 'behind the scenes' destroyers discreetly deployed their bit by bit destruction. 'Pope' Francis is not the ROOT of the cancer that has eaten at the Church for decades. He is the INEVITABLE CLIMAX of all the evil that has been employed until now.

When he resigned, I cried. It was like losing a loved one. I still miss him.

Benedict's election to the papacy was one of the few good days in the VII Church.
