Edit: since when does a non-Catholic at an anti-Catholic paper presume to speak with such authority about things Catholic? Did Pope Francis make Jason Horowitz a Cardinal in pectore?
(Washington) What of the video "against Pope Francis" reported in the New York Times last February 7?

At that time, the New York Times published a detailed article by Jason Horowitz, who launched an attack series against Cardinal Burke and extended the anti-Trump struggle for the White House to the Catholic Church.
Horowitz mentioned in the article a video, which was spread on Youtube against Pope Francis, while he described the author of it as a rigid, self-described traditionalist "fundamentalist" and - probably not unintentionally - inspired by the Islamic state (IS) and its crude propaganda videos.
The video was neither published nor linked to by Horowitz. We publish it so that everyone can get a picture for themselves.

Yeah Horowitz that was a lot like an isis propaganda video, all that was missing was the drownings, decapitations and shootings.
Horowitz and the like have labored for years to get control of the papacy/vatican/Church and now that they've got it, a group of Catholics is resisting their plan? Ah, the best laid plans of mice and men often go astray.
Yes, I noticed that the youtube video was not linked to. I considered the columnist didn't want people to watch it because the contents are too true for comfort.
Someone must be a big Dean Martin fan to paraphrase one of his best songs. That really packed a punch!
Indeed. I have truly come to believe that these people are living out the parable of the wicked husbandmen. In their opinion, if one of the tribe isn't in charge of every lever of power in life, something is terribly wrong.
In the middle of this demonic muddle ... a smile, a hearty laugh!
Bull's eye!
Nail on the head!
Thank you.
How ironic given the ADL just had an 'encounter' at the Vatican recently.
in peccatore should read IN PECTORE from the heart.
A pope sometimes makes a bishop into a cardinal in
secret or in pectore.
Mea culpa.
As they say, you know you're directly over the target when you get the most flak. A light hearted and well done parody really has triggered some folks. I've listened to it about 10 times, it's great stuff, reminds me of the way the Irish resisted the English for so many years.
"When Austin Ivereigh" says "please listen to me" always makes me laugh.
The pathetic dolt. I'd rather listen to a home-schooled 7-year-old.
You have good eyes!
Kindly refrain from insulting homeschooled 7-year-olds.
