French Bishops Helpless Against the Onslaught of Cultural Marxism and Its Islamic Allies in Their Own Schools

Edit: interesting article from tiberge at Gallia Watch and largely missing from the English media. He is also covering the enormous Nuit demonstrations happening in France lately, advocating immigration in the spirit of 1968:

A reader sent this article from Riposte-Catholique by Guy Rouvrais about the Islamization of Catholic Schools in France.

The bishops of France, meeting in Lourdes the other week, examined the presence of Islam in France. "This question of Islam no longer involves only a few persons engaged in the dialogue, but targets all communities," explained a spokesman. Until recently, Islam was only a topic of dialogue between Catholic specialists and compliant Muslim interlocutors, more intellectual than mystical. This was all in strict accordance with Vatican II's notion of dialogue, that was expressed in these glowing terms: "…Muslims, who adore the one God, living and subsisting in Himself; merciful and all-powerful, the Creator of heaven and earth, who has spoken to men; they take pains to submit wholeheartedly to even His inscrutable decrees, just as Abraham, with whom the faith of Islam takes pleasure in linking itself, submitted to God."

But today, this irenic vision in no longer current. Our whole society is concerned about the rise of Islam, and it is no longer a matter of dialogue but one of self-defense. Against Islamist terrorists, of course, but also, doctrinally, against the others who, though called "moderate", never stop turning Christians into Muslims. The former being unable to respond to the objections of the latter. Such is the observation of bishop Dubost: "When the Muslims speak to their Christian buddies about their "three gods", referring to the Trinity, many don't know how to respond… What do we propose to the faithful to help them to live and explain the Incarnation, the Resurrection, the Trinity?" We must first admit the failure of the catechism when the teaching of the Catholic doctrine is reduced to the barest minimum because of humanitarian considerations, which is not the case in the Koranic schools.

  1. "Pope renegs on promise to take Christian refugees"

THIS is the blaring scandal headlines today regarding the worthless scum Pope Francis. And he really is after everyone reads this.
Apaprently he promised to take Christian as well as Muslim refugees back to Italy with him on his plane, but when the time came, the Christians were told they were dropped, and Muslims taken in their place. Right now there is spreading outrage in Europe over this. Apparently, the Christians paperwork was doctored/tampered with by the supporters of Pope Francis to make sure only Muslims got the free ride and new life back to Italy. The Pope knew all about it too....because on the plane when confronted with it said that the Christians; paperwork had suddenly been "misplaced".
Yeah, sure Pope francis. Lie some more.

    1. If you can't provide evidence and not just a pack of assertions then you have no credibility and you risk slandering people.

    2. Ironically, you're the one making false assertions.

    3. How is Ellis making false assertions by asking for proof of such allegations? Do you also accuse courts of law of making false assertions when lawyers and district attorneys demand proof for a conviction? Is there ever a time when you will not verbally bash someone who defends the Pope?

    4. Because you're too stupid or evil to see that the link I cited substantiates Damian's claims?

    5. Regardless of whether this is true or not it seems odd that the Pope, as head of state, does not have sufficient clout to override any bureaucratic problems.

    6. Thank you,Tancred for verifying my statement. I found it by accident...but now it's all over the place on other news sites.

    7. A magazine such as FrontPage is hardly an unbiased, disinterested source of information about the Pope and his advocacy on behalf of asylum seekers.
It would be akin to holding up Mundabor as a Gay Lib site.
Opinion pieces presenting itself as reporting dines out mostly on half truths and assertions about motives.

    8. Not to prolong the discussion, but here's a link from the New York Post with the same banner headlines. This story is everywhere now...verified by the Christian ( Syrian Orthodox I believe) brother and sister who were refused by Pope Francis.
There's a tidal wave of outrage against Francis in Europe over this.,,,onl himself to blame. Here's the link.

    9. Evidentially, Ellis' predilections make him immune or indifferent to reality.

    11. I think that there are some Catholics (well menaing but misguided and misinformed) who believe that the Pope is right, or that he can do no wrong, or that he;s not guilty of anything..even when shown the truth or the evidence fro perfectly respectable and reliable sources. I think even if the New York Times, or the Washington Post, Philadelpha Inquirer, Time Magazine etc. posted the same story or reported on CNN,Fox News or ABC News...certain people would claim either that it wasn't true, or that it was not an acceptable publication. To them, the Pope can do no wrong. That's a violation of valid judgment if ever there was one!

    12. You're asserting that Pope Francis is dissembling and a party to some kind of conspiracy. This kind of thinking serves your agenda and nothing outside that framework is allowed any validity. You're allowing your contempt for Francis to diminish the way of calm rationality and objectivity. That is not good, Damian.
I think you are well on the way to becoming that which you hate.

    13. Seems to me, Gaybriel, that in the light of the indisputable evidence, that it's up to you to respond to that rather than attacking the messenger by way of racial slurs, insults and so forth.

  2. Funny that-- delays from paperwork in the Church is unacceptable, but delays from paperwork in a government bureaucracy is acceptable?

  3. After 50+ years, they finally realized that people can't defend their Faith because of the lack of catechesis? Are they going to get back to the basics and actually teach extra Ecclesiam nullum salus amongst other things?

  4. There are several prophecies which say say some Bishops in France will convert to Islam and their flocks (what's left of them) will follow them blindly. That and a lot worse to come for the religious in France. Don't be the least bit surprised when you see this happen. But, France will fight eventually and return to the faith.

  5. Those bishops who thought the Muslims worship the God of Jesus Christ, of Mary, of David, and Abraham... Were fools.

    1. They have now---and in the hellish future that awaits them---only the fruits of what they planted with their ecumenism. Serves them well, even if many poor innocent victims also suffer from their treacherous actions over decades. RC

  6. They know perfectly well that Allah is not the True God, the Triune Deity. But like all good liberals, truth does not exist for them---only their ideologies and what is expedient. If tomorrow we were to get, miraculously, a Catholic Pope, this scum would be models of orthodoxy. They are, largely, liars---like their true father. Edmund

  7. Ooh! is this a french bishop waking up at last? Surely, they worship the same god as we do; they are a religion of peace and , as JPII claimed, they are our brothers and sisters.
Well, if you believe that nonsense then naivete will kill you. The Quran itself calls allah the great deceiver - isn't that Satan? The traditional catechism calls them mohametans who follow mohamet. Little wonder St Maximilien Kolbe called ecumenism the enemy of the Immaculata. Liberal modernists will never admit it until they are staring down the barrel of a jihadist gun.

  8. I've been working for a generation in mohametan countries - they really believe in world domination. They imagine it will bring world peace but the shiites and sunnis hate each other and this would form the final civil war on Earth as they killed either side off.
Frankly, the modern neo-catholic church has been stupidly naive about false religions. The last 5 popes are guilty of misleading the faithful about this.

Also,we Roman Catholics & Orthodox have been known to spar but not as severe as the Sunni/Shia sects.
