Mercy Sister Margaret Mary McBride also was reassigned from her position as vice president of mission integration at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix after news surfaced about the abortion that took place late last year. The hospital did not say what her new job would be.

I think Bishop thomas J. Olmsted is the biggest IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why dont you excommunicate ALL the Bishops and preist that do ALL the BAD things to all the lil boys in your church, and not worry about an abortion. So this DUMB bishop would rather have 4 kids go mother less????? What a reall JACK ASS he is!!! Sorry Mr. DUMB BISHOP OLMSTED I think GOD would rather have a mother ALIVE to raise her 4 kids she ALREADY had then to DIE trying to have another kid when she was only 11 weeks prego....Get with it so called god loving people....Does god love it when all you Bishops and fathers and preist do ur sexual things to this poor kids that look up to you???? You should all go to hell for that. But NOTHING ever gets done to them does it....But lets excommunicate a nun that it had nothing to do with her, it was the doctors that have the say.
Apart from whether or not the woman would have died in child-birth, don't you think that the Catholic Church has a right to enforce its own rules.
She can always work for another non-Catholic hospital after all.
